Premium knitwear manufacturer

When the yarn, stitch and finish all have to hold up.

For brands developing knitwear where fibre character and construction are part of the design language, not a late-stage substitute.

Technical depth for quietly distinctive knitwear.

Auralis Atelier combines yarn development, computerized flat knitting and attentive finishing to help premium labels make knitwear with a clear point of view. We work across 3G–16G, from purposeful texture through refined fine gauge.

Development begins with the fibre

A good knit cannot be separated from its yarn. We can develop with cashmere, wool, silk/cashmere, cotton, linen, silk and custom blends, selecting toward softness, structure, breathability, luminosity or cost architecture according to the brief. That applies equally to sweaters and cardigans, as well as scarves, shawls and small blankets.

From design direction to a production decision

We translate visual reference into specification rather than relying on appearance alone. Gauge, yarn count, stitch density, finishing and measurement tolerance are aligned during development so the approved sample can become a reliable bulk reference.

What makes a premium knitwear brief stronger?

Be specific about the hand-feel.

“Soft” can mean brushed, dry, airy, dense or fluid. A reference swatch or garment makes the target more tangible and leads to more relevant yarn choices.

Separate essential design details from negotiable ones.

This gives development a clear priority order when a construction, timing or target cost requires a trade-off.

Approve the whole garment, not just the front view.

Fit, collar recovery, seams, finishing and movement are all part of whether knitwear feels premium in real use.
